Jeunes diplômés au Maroc : les étudiants rêvent d’étranger ou de Tanger

JA est allé à la rencontre des étudiants marocains des grandes écoles, pour recueillir leurs attentes sur leurs futurs employeurs.

Il y a une grande envie d’expatriation dans les écoles d’ingénieurs marocaines. « Je vise des groupes internationaux comme Capgemini ou Atos, qui offrent la possibilité d’aller en France. Le mieux, c’est d’être pris pour un stage et de montrer qu’on est bon », espère Amine, étudiant en dernière année à l’École nationale supérieure d’informatique et d’analyse des systèmes (Ensias).

Ce développeur informatique se voit déjà à la tête d’une start-up parisienne. Chaque année, ils sont environ 600 ingénieurs à quitter le royaume à destination de l’Europe et de l’Amérique du Nord, selon les statistiques du gouvernement.

Aller sous d’autres cieux est une idée plus fréquente chez les élèves d’écoles ingénieurs que de commerce. Ces derniers, qu’ils étudient à l’Institut supérieur de commerce et d’administration des entreprises (ISCAE, public) ou dans l’une des onze écoles nationales de commerce et de gestion (ENCG), ont une préférence pour les grands groupes marocains et les cabinets internationaux d’audit implantés dans le royaume chérifien. « Je souhaite rejoindre une multinationale comme Procter & Gamble ou un cabinet international d’audit et de conseil du calibre de Mazars ou Deloitte. C’est dans ce genre de structures que j’apprendrai le plus vite », estime Hiba, en dernière année à l’ENCG Kenitra.

« Les groupes internationaux investissent massivement dans les nouvelles technologies ; intégrer l’un d’entre eux me permettra de rester à jour », analyse, quant à lui, Mouad, étudiant en génie industriel à l’École Mohammadia d’ingénieurs (EMI). Il estime aussi que les défis à relever y seront plus intéressants, citant des firmes comme L’Oréal, McKinsey, ou encore le géant marocain des phosphates, OCP.

Les banques semblent avoir perdu de leur pouvoir d’attraction, au détriment des filières industrielles marocaines telles que l’automobile, avec l’implantation de Renault et Peugeot, ou encore l’aéronautique, grâce à des groupes comme Safran. Enfin, la ville de Tanger intéresse les étudiants de tous bords du fait de son développement industriel et logistique, mais aussi grâce à sa qualité de vie, jugée supérieure à celle de Casablanca ou de Rabat.
