Assemblée générale de la CAF
1. L'Assemblée générale est l'autorité suprême de la CAF et définit la politique générale et la mise en œuvre des décisions pertinentes.
2. Assemblée générale Les réunions peuvent être définies comme ordinaires ou extraordinaires.
3. L'Assemblée générale comprend:
· des représentants des associations nationales affiliées;
· Membres du Comité exécutif de la CAF;
· Présidents honoraires, vice-présidents et membres;
· Les délégués des unions de zones;
4. Une assemblée générale ordinaire se réunit une fois par an.
5 Le Comité exécutif déterminera la date, l'heure et le lieu de la réunion de l'Assemblée générale. Ces informations doivent être communiquées aux membres par écrit au moins cent vingt (120) jours avant la date de l'Assemblée générale.
6. La notification officielle, qui doit également contenir l'ordre du jour de l'Assemblée générale, doit être envoyée par écrit au moins soixante (60) jours avant la date de la réunion.
7. Tous les documents relatifs à l'Assemblée générale doivent être envoyés aux membres au moins trente (30) jours avant la date de la réunion.

CAF Head of Procurement who can contribute to CAF’s overall success by effectively managing all of its procurement requirements including: - Setting the vision and the mission of the Procurement Department; - Defining, developing and implementing a streamlined and efficient procurement strategy; - Developing effective and efficient procurement structures, procedures and processes and driving improvements and standardization across business areas; - Understanding business priorities and ensuring procurement activities effectively support CAF’s businesses across all CAF Divisions; - Tracking, controlling and reporting on key procurement metrics to ensure transparency and consistency throughout the organization; - Serving as key contact for procurement related topics and ensuring that business needs and requirements are reflected in procurement activities; - Managing and building effective relationships with key suppliers to ensure value for CAF; - Leading and developing the procurement team in providing an exceptional procurement experience across the business; - Determining the best processes in order to drive cost and service improvements; - Developing, overseeing and maintaining the annual procurement budget. The CAF Head of Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing a Procurement Strategy and ensuring the on-going improvement of the entire operations of CAF’s procurement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar; • Minimum experience of 10 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, drafting contracts and negotiations in an international and multicultural corporation in a similar role; • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, bidding software, contract management system and ERP/SAP; • Fluent in English and/or Arabic and French • Able to work independently and within a larger team to achieve results and impact; • Proven capabilities and leadership skills to inspire and develop the team; • Skilled in negotiation and conflict management; • Strong sense of accountability, responsibility and integrity.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration; • Master’s Degree or CPA or Accounting equivalent; • Minimum experience of 15+ years in fi nancial functions. IFRS knowledge is an advantage; • Fluent in English and/or Arabic and French; • Proven experience as Finance Director, CFO or a similar role; • In-depth knowledge of developing and improving financial functions, both for financial planning, analysis and financial operations; • Strong sense of accountability, responsibility and integrity; • Strong change management skills.
