Agency, IOM currently has over 18,000 personnel in more than 400 locations and works with its partners in the international
community to assist in meeting the growing operational challenges of migration, advance understanding of migration issues,
encourage social and economic development through migration and uphold the well-being and human rights of migrants. With
the launch of the Pathways Pool initiative, IOM is looking to build a pool of pre-assessed candidates for the two critical roles of
