Burkina Faso : l’ISM Paris va former les professionnels des mines et du ciment

À Ouagadougou, l’Institut supérieur de mécanique (ISM) de Paris délocalise un master en ingénierie logistique pour les cadres supérieurs en partenariat avec la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie burkinabè.

« C’est une nouvelle offre de formation spécialisée, ouverte à tout titulaire d’un Bac+3 ou Bac+4, reconnu par le Conseil Africain et Malgache de l’Enseignement Supérieur (CAMES) », confie Jean-Michel Brissaud, directeur général de la Compagnie africaine de formation. La structure privée a conçu et développé le modèle pédagogique qui a permis la délocalisation de l’executive master en ingénierie mécanique de l’Institut supérieur de Mécanique de Paris (ISM Paris) à Ouagadougou avec l’aide de la Chambre de commerce de l’industrie du Burkina Faso. Le programme vise à former des cadres supérieurs en ingénierie numérique, conception de systèmes mécaniques et mécatroniques au profit des grandes entreprises minières et des cimenteries.

Déroulement de la formation

« Le master est en blended learning, c’est-à-dire un format pédagogique qui alterne périodes de travail en autonomie avec périodes de face à face avec le professeur », souligne Jean-Michel Brissaud. Les cours se dérouleront à distance, via une plateforme numérique, et en présentiel, en l’occurrence des séminaires d’approfondissement, un week-end par mois, là où résident les apprenants. Le professeur restera en liaison permanente avec eux et répondra à toute question dans un délais de 72 heures.

Les frais de la formation

La formation dure 21 mois pour les étudiants de master 1 et 15 mois pour ceux admis directement en master 2 (les titulaires d’un master 1 ou d’une maîtrise). Les frais de scolarité s’élèvent à 2 720 000 Fcfa (4145 euros) pour les premiers et à 1 800 000 Fcfa (2745 euros) pour les seconds. Les cours devront débuter le 10 avril prochain.

Validation des acquis professionnels

« Les personnes n’ayant pas le diplôme requis doivent justifier d’une grande motivation et d’une expérience professionnelle remarquable de plus de trois ans », ajoute le PDG de la CAF. Il précise que celles-ci sont recrutées à travers la procédure VAP (Validation des Acquis Professionnels) qui permet aux établissements d’enseignements supérieurs d’accepter les étudiants n’ayant pas le diplôme requis mais ayant une expérience professionnelle significative soit par la durée soit par les postes occupés ou les deux à la fois.

Un besoin important de cadres en logistique industrielle

Aucune statistique sur les potentialités du secteur de la logistique industrielle au Burkina Faso n’est disponible. Mais selon Evariste Nonguierma, assistant pédagogique et responsable des masters d’ISM Paris, délocalisés au Burkina Faso, « il y a un manque crucial de spécialistes nationaux pour occuper ces postes dans les différentes entreprises. Pour le moment, ce sont des Européens, des Ghanéens ou encore des Sud-africains qui les occupent ».
