Salaires au Maroc : quels sont les métiers qui paient le mieux en 2019 ?

Le cabinet de recrutement Michael Page vient de publier sa première étude de rémunérations au Maroc. L'occasion de faire un tour d'horizon des métiers les plus rémunérateurs et prometteurs du royaume.

Bien négocier son salaire nécessite d’être bien informé sur les rémunérations pratiquées sur le marché du travail. Or, au Maroc comme dans le reste du continent africain, rares sont les études qui donnent des chiffres concrets sur la question. Le cabinet Michael Page, pallie ce manque de données en publiant pour la première fois une étude sur les rémunérations pratiquées dans le royaume à travers l’étude de neuf secteurs et leurs dizaine de métiers différents.

Pour y parvenir, le groupe spécialisé dans le recrutement s’est appuyé sur l’expérience et les témoignages de plusieurs milliers de salariés niveau cadre, évoluant dans une centaine d’entreprises marocaines et étrangères implantées localement.

Tendance à la hausse

D’après l’étude, les rémunérations des commerciaux, des métiers de la finance et de la comptabilité ainsi que de ceux de l’hôtellerie ont tendance à augmenter. Parmi eux, les commerciaux sont les mieux lotis puisqu’ils sont recherchés dans tous les secteurs et que les salaires augmentent à tous les niveaux de qualification.

Les financiers profitent de leur côté d’un marché de l’emploi dynamique. Encore faut-ils pour eux s’adapter aux nouvelles exigences des recruteurs : « anticipation, coopération, gestion de l’innovation et de la complexité, conduite », sont les nouvelles compétences relationnelles à maîtriser selon les auteurs de l’étude.

Secteur également porteur et en croissance depuis 2016, le tourisme marocain soutien le recrutement dans les métiers de l’hôtellerie. Du chef de réception, aux directions générales, les salaires sont à la hausse. Et la bonne santé du secteur profils aussi aux fonctions satellites : « Pour constituer des offres traditionnelles ou innovantes et les commercialiser, les établissements recrutent des profils marketing, responsable relations publiques ou encore responsables partenariats », souligne l’étude.

Baisse dans la construction et l’immobilier

« Plus on s’installe dans le marché marocain, plus on observe qu’il se structure », dresse en guise de constat général, Imad Gourari, directeur Maroc de Michael Page. « Les entreprises commencent à avoir des tendances plus précises sur leurs salaires et développe des grilles de salaires, même si celles-ci ne sont pas tout le temps respectées », poursuit-il.

Les secteurs les mieux structurés ne sont pourtant pas les plus porteurs concernant les rémunérations. « On constate une tendance baissière sur des secteurs déjà mûrs comme la construction et l’immobilier », remarque le dirigeant. D’après l’étude, les salaires de ces secteurs ont tendances à stagner ou baisser.

La stagnation se constate particulièrement dans les fonctions encadrantes des entreprises d’installation électrique ou chez les ingénieurs, chargés d’affaires, experts technique et responsables d’agence au sein de bureaux de contrôle. Le logement social n’est pas épargné, tout comme les services immobiliers et le BTP.

Les équipementiers rattrapent leur retard

Alors que le cabinet de Diorh affirme le contraire dans une étude concurrente, Imad Gourari affirme que les salaires dans les entreprises d’équipements automobiles sont attractifs et à la hausse, concédant qu’il y a eu « du retard entre 2005 et 2010 ». Selon le dirigeant, le fossé n’existe plus, car rareté des profils et des compétences sur cette filière a poussé les employeurs à augmenter les salaires afin d’attirer les candidats.

La tendance est identique sur les services informatiques et les métiers du digital. Confrontés à une concurrence internationale qui s’intéresse aussi aux talents marocains, les entreprises chérifiennes sont confrontées à une fuite des cerveaux qui a pour conséquence une augmentation des rémunérations. Une tendance à la hausse loin de convaincre ceux qui ont décidé vivre une expérience internationale à rester au Maroc.

The postholder will work under the supervision of the Lead Specialist: Grants Management, Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation, together with the Specialist: Donors Relations and Partnership Building, and the Specialist: Grants Management. S/he will support resource mobilization and grants management, including the development and writing of project proposals, budgets, narrative and financial reports, contributing to the production of quality and timely funding proposals, donor reports, and other external communication materials. The postholder will be part of IPPF Youth Professionals Program (YPP); through which the IPPF ARO provides a unique opportunity to persons aged between 24 and 32 years, and who are nationals of an African country, to start a professional career within the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and in other areas relevant to IPPF. 2. KEY TASK a) Support the development of high-quality proposals to be submitted both to institutional donors and to trusts and foundations, and especially lead on budget development. b) Support procurement processes, especially with regards to the recruitment of external consultants. c) Conduct desk-research, write situational analyses and prepare relevant information as needed, to respond to bid opportunities. d) Support grants management, keeping track of reporting and contributing to narrative and financial reports. e) Overseeing administrative functions for the team, such as invoicing, accounting, reporting, etc., to ensure successful execution of grant processes. f) Undertake any other responsibilities which are commensurate with a role of this nature, which have been discussed and agreed with the line manager; and g) Uphold the values, ethics and culture of IPPF ARO and be an ambassador for the Federation. 3. PERSON SPECIFICATION EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
  • The postholder must be a national of an African country and between 24 and 32 years old at the date of application.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area for the post is essential. A Master's Degree is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description i.e., in the fields of finance, resource mobilization, grants management, advocacy or health - in particular aspects of sexual and reproductive health and rights -, is desirable.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience of Netsuite is desirable.
PROVEN ABILITY
  • Demonstrated commitment and passion for ensuring universal access to healthcare for all and SRHR in particular is desirable.
  • Experience of studying or working outside of the home country is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in multicultural environments and ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs. The post holder must show tolerance and acceptance of different views and opinions.
  • Willing to work outside standard office hours as required.
SKILLS
  • Essential: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
