DRH adjointe à la direction générale internationale de l’entreprise de construction et d’infrastructure Colas, Stéphanie Déchelette souhaite embaucher 50 à 70 personnes entre fin 2018 et 2019.

Sur quels postes recrutez-vous actuellement ?

En ce qui concerne nos activités quotidiennes, dont les besoins sont décorrélés des grands projets sur lesquels nous intervenons, nous allons recruter entre 50 et 70 personnes sur la période 2018 et 2019. Pour cette partie, la majorité des postes à pourvoir concerne des ingénieurs en étude de prix, des ingénieurs travaux et des ingénieurs matériels, qui sélectionnent le matériel à utiliser sur nos chantiers. Nous embauchons également quelques fonctions support, notamment en gestion et en ressources humaines, ainsi que des stagiaires et VIE.

Quels types de profils recherchez vous ?

Sur nos grands projets, nous recrutons soit des profils jeunes en qui nous percevons un potentiel soit des seniors. Les candidats mobiles sont très appréciés, car nous recrutons pour l’ensemble de nos implantations au Maroc, au Burkina Faso, en Côte d’Ivoire, au Togo, au Bénin, au Sénégal en Guinée équatoriale, au Gabon et en République du Congo. Néanmoins, nous pouvons également être intéressés par des candidats qui montrent moins d’intérêt pour la mobilité et souhaitent participer au développement des infrastructures de leur pays d’origine.
