Maroc : 900 recrutements chez Axa Services Maroc

Implantée à Rabat, la filiale relation client du groupe français veut développer ses activités et surtout combler les départs naturels. Elle emploie environ 2 500 salariés.

Le groupe d’assurance conduit un plan de recrutement de 800 à 900 personnes au Maroc destiné à sa filiale Axa Services Maroc à Rabat. Cette société de droit marocain assure les relations client des sociétés Axa France, Axa Direct France et Axa Assistance France, indique-t-on au siège parisien du groupe.

Compenser le turn-over

Les profils recherchés, selon Axa sont « principalement des jeunes disposant idéalement d’une première expérience de deux ans avec une formation académique allant de Bac+2 à Bac+5. 

Le plan de recrutement (téléopérateurs, encadrement, etc.) vise pour l’essentiel à compenser le turn-over naturel pour ce groupe qui emploie pour cette activité environ 2 600 personnes au Maroc. Un plan du même ordre de grandeur avait été conduit l’an dernier pour cette entreprise dirigée par Grégoire de La Taille, un diplômé en finance de l’université Paris-Dauphine.

Les profils recherchés, selon Axa sont « principalement des jeunes disposant idéalement d’une première expérience de deux ans avec une formation académique allant de Bac+2 à Bac+5. Tous les types de formation sont admis offrant ainsi des opportunités très importantes aux candidats. »

Axa services Maroc dispose de deux implantations dans la capitale marocaine : l’une dans la zone franche de Technopolis qui accueille la majorité des effectifs et l’autre dans le quartier Agdal en centre-ville.

Créée en 2004, cette société s’intègre à part entière dans l’organisation de l’assureur pour le marché français. Le Maroc est même considéré comme une sixième région à côté des cinq autres divisions géographiques d’Axa France. À noter que Axa Services Maroc est la seule plate-forme de relation client pour la France en dehors de l’Hexagone. Comme tous les opérateurs au Maroc, elle subit une érosion naturelle de 15 à 25 % par an selon les entreprises.

Souvent regroupé sous un même terme au Maroc, le secteur de l’offshoring est constitué de différents segments : CRM (relation client), BPO (processus métiers), ITO (technologies de l’information) qui n’ont pas grand choses à voir les uns avec les autres.

L’offshoring emploie autour de 65 000 salariés au Maroc pour l’essentiel à Rabat et Casablanca.

Pour rappel, pour ses activités d’assurance, le groupe français dispose d’une filiale Axa Maroc, sa plus importante en Afrique, qui est titulaire d’une licence globale d’assureur et opère dans de nombreuses spécialités (auto, dommages, santé, prévoyance, épargne…). Une activité née pour l’essentiel du rachat progressif à partir de 1999 des sociétés d’assurance du groupe royal ONA (devenu SNI puis Al-mada).

Offshoring

Au sens large, l’offshoring emploie autour de 65 000 salariés au Maroc pour l’essentiel à Rabat et Casablanca, notamment sur la zone dédiée Casa Nearshore. Parmi les gros employeurs, on compte dans des domaines très différents, Dell, Webhelp, Phone Altran Capgemini, Atos mais aussi des outsourceurs marocains comme Intelcia ou Outsourcia. Certains centres de services sont implantés à El Jadida, Tanger (surtout des hispanophones), Oujda ou même Agadir.

L’offshoring au Maroc a connu une très forte croissance à partir du milieu de la décennie 2000 mais ces dernières années son dynamisme s’est tassé, avec tout de même une progression annuelle d’environ +6%, selon Youssef Chraibi, président de Fédération marocaine de l’outsourcing, cité par leseco.ma.

Au global, le secteur a généré en 2017 près 9 milliards de dirhams (810 millions d’euros) de recettes d’exportations pour le  Maroc, via des opérateurs multi-clients ou des filiales dédiées comme celle de Dell ou Axa Services Maroc.

Ambition continentale

Le groupe français affiche depuis deux ans sa volonté de s’étendre en Afrique. Il s’est par exemple associé en avril 2016 avec Chaucer, un membre du Lloyd’s londonien au sein de la structure Axa Specialty Risk, destiné aux entreprises et couvrant les risques politiques, le secteur de l’énergie et des infrastructures. Et est par ailleurs présents pour des activités « consumers » plus classiques dans des pays comme la Côte d’Ivoire ou le Sénégal face aux entreprises locales ou aux poids lourds marocain Saham repris cette année par le sud-africain Sanlam.

S/he will support resource mobilization and grants management, including the development and writing of project proposals, budgets, narrative and financial reports, contributing to the production of quality and timely funding proposals, donor reports, and other external communication materials. The postholder will be part of IPPF Youth Professionals Program (YPP); through which the IPPF ARO provides a unique opportunity to persons aged between 24 and 32 years, and who are nationals of an African country, to start a professional career within the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and in other areas relevant to IPPF. 2. KEY TASK a) Support the development of high-quality proposals to be submitted both to institutional donors and to trusts and foundations, and especially lead on budget development. b) Support procurement processes, especially with regards to the recruitment of external consultants. c) Conduct desk-research, write situational analyses and prepare relevant information as needed, to respond to bid opportunities. d) Support grants management, keeping track of reporting and contributing to narrative and financial reports. e) Overseeing administrative functions for the team, such as invoicing, accounting, reporting, etc., to ensure successful execution of grant processes. f) Undertake any other responsibilities which are commensurate with a role of this nature, which have been discussed and agreed with the line manager; and g) Uphold the values, ethics and culture of IPPF ARO and be an ambassador for the Federation. 3. PERSON SPECIFICATION EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
  • The postholder must be a national of an African country and between 24 and 32 years old at the date of application.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area for the post is essential. A Master's Degree is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description i.e., in the fields of finance, resource mobilization, grants management, advocacy or health - in particular aspects of sexual and reproductive health and rights -, is desirable.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience of Netsuite is desirable.
PROVEN ABILITY
  • Demonstrated commitment and passion for ensuring universal access to healthcare for all and SRHR in particular is desirable.
  • Experience of studying or working outside of the home country is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in multicultural environments and ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs. The post holder must show tolerance and acceptance of different views and opinions.
  • Willing to work outside standard office hours as required.
SKILLS
