Tunisie : Talan et GoMyCode veulent former 1 000 jeunes au développement web

L’expert de la transformation digitale, Talan, s'allie à la start-up GoMyCode pour former gratuitement 1 000 développeurs web puis les recruter.

La filiale tunisienne de l’entreprise de conseil en transformation digitale Talan et la start-up GoMyCode, spécialisée dans la formation aux métiers du web, viennent de lancer un programme baptisé 1 000 Coders Tunisia, visant à octroyer 1 000 bourses pour une formation de trois mois au langage informatique dans ses centres de Tunis, Sousse et Sfax. À l’issue des cours, Talan s’engage à recruter tous les stagiaires qui le souhaitent.

Pour les jeunes diplômés

Pour tenter de décrocher une bourse, les candidats doivent être âgés de moins de 32 ans au 1er juillet 2018, être au minimum titulaire d’un bac+3. L’inscription, elle, se fait sur le site Internet de GoMyCode en remplissant un formulaire qui donne accès à une batterie de tests de logique. S’ils réussissent, les candidats sont invités à passer des entretiens sur place et de nouvelles épreuves, notamment des études de cas. “Nous finançons tous les aspects de la formation, c’est-à-dire les frais d’inscriptions, mais aussi les frais de logement et de transport”, affirme Yahya Bouhlel, fondateur et PDG de GoMyCode.

Cours intensifs

Les candidats sélectionnés intégreront le programme Full Time Coding de la start-up, c’est-à-dire une formation intensive de trois mois qui coûte normalement 2 000 dinars (environ 676 euros) et concerne l’apprentissage de Javascript, Java et PHP. Les cours ont lieu du lundi au vendredi entre 9 heures et 17 heures.

Voici date des prochaines sessions :

  • Du 2 juillet 2018 au 21 septembre 2018.
  • Du 24 septembre 2018 au 14 décembre 2018.
  • Du 17 décembre 2018 au 8 mars 2019.
  • Du 11 mars 2019 au 31 mai 2019.

Plusieurs partenariats

Hors programme, 80 personnes ont déjà été formé intensivement au code par GoMyCode. Parmi elles, 95 % ont trouvé un emploi à l’issu de leur formation. Pour l’opération 1 000 Coders Tunisia, GoMyCode et Talan se sont liés pour le financement à la fondation suisse Drosos, à l’Agence nationale pour l’emploi et le travail indépendant (Aneti) et les centres 4C du ministère tunisien de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique pour le ciblage des candidats.
