Un diplôme pour les juristes Ohada à Paris

Le cabinet d'avocats Eversheds et l'Association Henri Capitant ont récemment annoncé leur intention de soutenir un diplôme universitaire “Juriste OHADA”, dispensé conjointement par les universités Panthéon-Assas et Paris 13. C'est le premier diplôme de ce type à Paris.

Les universités Paris 13-Nord et Panthéon-Assas lancent le « Diplôme Juriste Ohada ». Proposé en formation initiale pour 1000 euros et en formation continue pour 4 500 euros, ce diplôme est placé sous l’égide de l’Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique française. Le cabinet Eversheds est associé à l’organisation de ce cursus. Cette nouvelle initiative a pour objet de former des étudiants et des professionnels au droit de l’Ohada et sera ouverte aux titulaires d’un master 1 en droit, ainsi qu’aux personnes ayant obtenu une validation des acquis professionnels.

160 heures de cours

Des enseignants africains, fédérés par le Camerounais Henri Désiré Modi Koko, doyen de la faculté des sciences juridiques et politiques de l’université de Dschang, participeront également à ce cursus qui totalise 160 heures de cours sur une durée d’une année universitaire et promet d’aborder l’ensemble des Actes uniformes de ce droit commun à 17 pays d’Afrique.

Outre l’Association Henri Capitant, on retrouve parmi les partenaires du nouveau diplôme, le Conseil supérieur du notariat, le groupe Loret, l’UNIDA et les éditions Lextenso.

La formation débutera en septembre 2014 et la première promotion sera diplômée en juin 2015.

Poste basé à Abidjan Vous serez en charge de :
  • Assurer l’élaboration et la gestion des procédures et des référentiels RH;

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac + 4/5 en GRH, Psychologie du Travail, Droit ou diplôme équivalent; vous capitalisez huit(08) à dix (10) ans d’expérience minimum dans la Gestion des Ressources Humaines d’une entreprise groupe de préférence dans le secteur financier. Aussi, vous avez une excellente connaissance en matière du droit de l’emploi et du travail. Vous disposez de solides connaissances dans le domaine de la GRH (recrutement, formation, paie, GPEC, etc) et d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques. En outre, vous avez acquis une connaissance pratique des logiciels RH. Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer (oral écrit) et à former les membres de l’équipe développant ainsi leurs compétences. Ayant le sens de l’initiative, vous faites montre d’une bonne capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe. Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est exigée.
